About Speaker

Kilian Kada was born in Leibnitz, Austria, in 1975. He studied Architecture at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, in the master class Prix, and at Columbia University in New York. In 2004, he completed his degree with distinction. He took over the competition department at kadawittfeldarchitektur in 2009 – the architectural office which was co-founded by his father in 1999. Then in 2011 Kada became a partner of the shared office and four years later a member of the management board.

The office now includes 150 employees and stands for the combination of architecture, interior architecture, and design at the interface of urban planning and urban projects. Projects like the Main Railway Station in Salzburg/AT, the headquarters of the AachenMünchener insurance company in Aachen/DE, the Adidas Laces building in Herzogenaurach/DE and the Grimmwelt Museum in Kassel/DE are representative of our numerous projects in Germany and abroad.
