Home Edition 2020

Let’s keep the cultural life alive!  As a consequence of Covid-19, our social and cultural life has been reduced to a minimum and we all need to adapt to this unprecedented situation. Since we have a commitment with you, with the architecture scene, we came up with this new idea that is meant to lift your spirits and provide you with some genuine inspiration – at your home. Therefore, from Monday, March 23rd, onwards, each day at 7 p.m. we will be sharing one of the unique talks from the previous 35 events that we have held during the last 5 years.

TALK #24: Andreas Moser
(Talk in German)

About Andreas Moser

Andreas Moser studied Architecture at TU Darmstadt and graduated in 1997. After working for several studios in Frakfurt, he founded cyrus moser architekten together with Oliver Cyrus in 2000. The cyrus moser architekten company operates throughout Europe, and has implemented projects in Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria. All teams collaborate closely on each project with specialist engineers, artists and specialists from other disciplines. The results testify to a design methodology that remains consistent from the concept right down to last detail. The style of their architecture is defined by a search for contextual dialogue and a spatial identity paired with structural openness, as well as by appropriate consumption of resources and precise implementation. Since 2015 Andreas Moser has been a member of the Frankfurt city council and since 2019 a member of the Frankfurt Architects and Engineers association.

AnA Frankfurt 02 – Our first Event in 2020 took place in Frankfurt. We were glad to be back for the second time and excited to listen to the stories of three fascinating architects. Andreas Moser, Nicole Kerstin Berganski and Stefan Forster.

This talk is presented with the support of OBJECT CARPET.
Anderas Moser talks about where he gets his inspiration from and how he is influenced by people, art and traveling. He explains how he expresses himself through his architecture. OBJECT CARPET created a forum for individual, contemporary ideas, where creativity and self-expression can be unleashed. A floor design which defines the heart of a building, individually designed by people and for people of all kinds.

FORUM is the inspiration for customized floors which offer a maximum of creative space. 18 designs in four color variations and four optional qualities are our suggestions for a unique styling of large rooms. LOUIS playfully animates large areas, and creates fascinating graphic effects. With retro-charm and a touch of Bauhaus this imaginative, abstract design is bold and joyful. Its aura of optimism makes it adaptable to any kind of lifestyle. You can find out more at www.object-carpet.com.

Virtual Feedback Cards for the Speaker

Dear viewer,
Maybe you have never attended our events, but perhaps know this already. Your effort is required! As the speakers share many of their personal experiences with us, we would like to present them a special gift, now digitally.

Please write into the text box below what you enjoyed most about the talk. Our goal is to present each speaker with personal feedback cards, as we do at our events. At our events, we collect the cards right before we start with the round-table-discussion and hand them over in a box at the end of the event.

Please participate! Our speakers love it and we want to continue with this tradition.

Here, we will collect the messages and forward them via e.mail to our speaker:
